Senior Project Manager (Utility) - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the owner’s representative responsible for the end-to-end delivery, integration, and performance of utility equipment and systems on a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project.
• Provide technical and execution leadership for utility equipment scopes and interfaces closely with EPCM partners, contractors, vendors, operations, quality, commissioning, and other project engineering teams.
• Ensure EPCM and contractors execute in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Challenge EPCM recommendations related to contracting strategy, execution approach, and technical decisions to protect Owner’s interests.

What you’ll need:

• Knowledge of Utility systems (e.g., WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, process utilities)
• Knowledge of Mechanical equipment and packages
• Knowledge of  GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with construction execution and commissioning practices
