We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Prime Contracts Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development, structuring, and execution of $3–$4B prime contract agreements, ensuring full commercial, legal, and operational alignment.
• Negotiate contract terms with the Prime Contractor to secure favorable commercial outcomes and manage risk, cost, schedule, and performance obligations.
• Act as the primary contractual interface with the EPCm contractor.
• Oversee contract governance, ensuring compliance with terms, KPIs, and risk frameworks.
• Manage the full lifecycle of change orders and contract modifications, ensuring clear documentation and transparency of commercial impacts.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in prime contract management on large capital projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-billion-dollar EPCm contracts.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, structuring, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
