What you'll do: Work with construction, startup, and commissioning teams to identify, catalog, and track required spare parts and critical materials for new equipment.Assist with developing Scope of Work (SOW) documents for vendor-supplied parts, pursuing RFPs, and clarifying technical questions between vendors and engineering teams.Assist with vendor onboarding, specifically focusing on the logistics of material delivery, storage, and handling.Follow up on material submittals, vendor document control, and send reminders to responsible parties to ensure parts arrive to support commissioning schedules.
