CAPEX Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day governance interface with the General Contractor
• Manage project change requests, assessing scope, cost, and schedule impact
• Deliver project through governance, prioritization, and escalation (not execution)
• Ensure contractor has required inputs and decisions to execute work
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress, cost, risks, and performance

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale capital projects
• Proven experience managing EPC or General Contractors on complex projects
• Large-scale CAPEX project experience ($500M )
• Experience managing General Contractors
• Strong governance and decision-making capability
