Equipment Lead - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Equipment Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end procurement of major equipment packages, from scope definition through sourcing and purchase execution.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms including pricing, warranties, delivery schedules, and performance guarantees.
• Manage high-value equipment orders typically exceeding $10M per package, ensuring specification, quality, and delivery alignment.
• Lead vendor qualification and ensure compliance with engineering, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Extensive experience in equipment procurement on large-scale industrial or life sciences projects.
• Proven experience managing complex supplier negotiations and high-value equipment contracts.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience within EPCm project environments.
