Procurement Equipment Advisor - Ohio, USA - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Procurement Equipment Advisor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Own post-award execution of major process and utility equipment purchase orders.
• Actively expedite equipment suppliers, holding them accountable to fabrication schedules, inspection points, FAT readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain direct, routine communication with vendors to identify and mitigate delivery risk early.
• Track supplier progress against contractual milestones, manufacturing schedules, and project needs.

What you’ll need:

• Requires extensive experience buying and executing pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on large CAPEX projects.
• Direct experience supporting biopharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing long-lead equipment suppliers through fabrication, FAT, shipment, and delivery.
• Experience working within EPCM or EPC project environments
