Automation Lead (Process) - Amsterdam, Netherlands - 12 Months Initial Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for an Automation Lead to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Technical ownership for process automation in the manufacturing building
• Ensure the automation solution is aligned with the overall program automation philosophy and standards
• Technical management of the system integrator and automation provided by equipment vendors
• Support the A&E firm during the package procurement from an automation perspective
• Supervision, review, and approval of System Integrator and Equipment Vendor design and code

 What you’ll need:

• Extensive working experience in automation in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably in Dry Product manufacturing)
• Previous Pharmaceutical Automation Large Project/Program experience/expertise
• Extensive experience with Rockwell PLC and FactoryTalk software
• Demonstrated technical leadership and teamwork abilities
