Operational Excellence Lead - UK - 6 Month Contract

Our client that specialises in the treatment and prevention of serious human medical conditions is currently seeking the expertise of an Operational Excellence Lead.


What you'll do:

• Help our leaders and colleagues deliver their business priorities.
• Mentor site team members in delivering sustained improvements utilising lean thinking.
• Identify and manage key continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support our clients enterprise and site Operational Excellence initiatives, collaborate and support leaders on a day-to-day basis that aligns with the overall OE strategy and site priorities. 

What you'll need:

• Significant training and possibly certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
• Good understanding of Lean principles and application.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong coaching and mentorship experience.
