Senior Project Manager - Norway - 6 Month Contract

Our client is an independent project management consultancy delivering portfolio, programme and project expertise across property and construction. Working across sectors including science, technology, education, healthcare and commercial developments, they focus on collaborative, sustainable delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the onsite Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on behalf of NScale, overseeing the delivery of a 30MW data centre refurbishment and associated CSA/civil works.
• Monitor and manage DPI's M&E-focused delivery programme, ensuring quality, safety, progress, and defect remediation activities are completed to the required standards.
• Provide daily site leadership and stakeholder coordination between NScale, DPI, and other project teams, maintaining strong communication and issue resolution.
• Track project performance against a demanding schedule, identify risks and delays, and drive corrective actions to support successful project completion.

What you’ll need:

• Strong MEP background with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias and proven experience delivering large-scale data centre projects.
• Ability to work predominantly onsite, acting as the client representative and providing visible leadership across construction activities.
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced projects with challenging programmes and multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and end clients.
• Eligible to work on an international contract basis and willing to mobilise immediately for a 6-month assignment (or until 31/12/2026) in a remote location.
