Construction System Owner – E&I – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide field-based technical oversight of E&I construction activities, with a strong focus on high-voltage electrical systems, power distribution, electrical rooms, UPS systems, site electrical infrastructure, instrumentation, cabling, terminations, panels, and associated interfaces.
  • Ensure E&I works are installed in accordance with IFC drawings, approved submittals, specifications, applicable codes, GMP requirements and project quality standards,
  • Monitor daily E&I contractor performance, including installation quality, manpower, sequencing, constraints, safety, progress, and readiness for upcoming work.
  • Provide technical guidance on RFIs, design clarifications, construction challenges, installation conflicts, energization constraints, and interface issues.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Candidates without an Electrical Engineering degree should not be progressed unless the manager explicitly confirms flexibility.
  • Additional electrical safety, high-voltage, commissioning, OSHA, NFPA 70E, PMP, or construction-related certifications would be beneficial but are not a substitute for the Electrical Engineering degree requirement.
  • Proven high-voltage electrical construction experience is required.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary, apply now and let’s talk!
