PDRI Project Coordinator – Austria – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. Due to continued expansion, significant capital project investment, and ongoing growth across their manufacturing portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced PDRI Project Coordinator to support their state-of-the-art facility in Austria.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within a world-class organisation.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and facilitate PDRI (Project Definition Rating Index) assessments across a major CAPEX programme.
• Consolidate information from multiple project workstreams to provide a clear view of project readiness and maturity.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders to support funding and governance decisions.
• Identify project risks, gaps and areas requiring further scope definition.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, planners and discipline leads throughout the definition and basic design phases.

Experience required:

• Proven experience conducting or facilitating PDRI assessments on capital projects.
• Strong understanding of Front End Loading (FEL), project definition and project readiness methodologies.
• Experience working on large CAPEX projects during concept, feasibility, definition or basic design phases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
• Background within pharmaceuticals, biotech, engineering consultancy, EPCM or other process manufacturing environments desirable.
