Caroline O`Sullivan

Business Unit Leader

I became part of the QCS Staffing family back in 2006 and have worked in all parts of the recruiter role. Starting off as a resourcer / delivery executive finding those excellent candidates, I quickly moved into a consultant role supporting the clients, and have moved all the way through to managing teams supporting our global client base. I am currently a Business Unit Leader within the life science team supporting both clients and candidates through the recruitment process.

I have been recruiting within the lifescience industry since 2007 and I have a fantastic understanding of delivering for both client and candidate requirements.

One of the best parts of the job would be actually getting to know our clients, contractors and the bar staff at the most popular pubs near the client site.

Outside of work I am a mum to a beautiful little boy and enjoy taking the dog out, going to the park or meeting up with friends.
