CQV Systems Lead (Process equipment & CU) - Ireland, Cork - 12 Month Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a CQV Systems Lead to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure Commissioning readiness of all Systems to support Equipment Start-up and IOQ Testing.
• Lead CQV interface with EIDA / or Master Project Database equivalent system, ensure full traceability at all times for all systems within the DSM building.
• Liaise with all Project Groups (Design/CM/CQV/Automation/Process/SMEs/Ops/Maintenance/PMs) to ensure all Systems are managed appropriately for the Project Lifecycle.
• Lead execution of all LSCC CQV deliverables; IOQ, field execution.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience including experience with design and construction projects for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.
• Experience within Process equipment to include; Inoc, Media, Cell Culture, Harvest, UF-DF-Depth Filter-Viral Filter-Chromo-Purification as well as Clean Utility systems to include; clean steam, clean water, purified water, WFI (Water for injection).
• Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organizing and planning skills.
