What you’ll do:

• Extensive experience delivering engineering projects in a pharmaceutical environment, with strong understanding of full project lifecycle and stage‑gate processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams/contractors, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Strong technical and financial capability (scope development, design, budgeting, SAP/tools), with excellent communication and influencing skills.

What you’ll need:

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery concept, business case, design, planning, execution, commissioning, and close‑out ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Manage project financials, schedules, risks, procurement, and prioritisation while coordinating with Engineering, EHS, QA, Facilities, and Procurement.
• Develop and execute project plans, drive value engineering, oversee equipment procurement/commissioning.
