Construction Director - Frankfurt, Germany - 18 Month Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Director to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Provide senior programme‑wide construction leadership across multiple buildings and workstreams.
• Drive EPC / EPCM and client‑side construction execution in alignment with approved programme milestones.
• Work closely with discipline and workstream leads (CSA, Mechanical, Piping, E&I, Utilities, HVAC, Automation) to manage interfaces and remove constraints.
• Lead construction activities as buildings move from structural completion into mechanical completion, pre‑commissioning, and handover.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience as a Construction Director / Senior Construction Manager on large‑scale pharma, biotech, chemical, and industrial projects.
• Proven success onboarding to already live projects, stabilising execution, and driving projects through mechanical completion and handover.
• Strong background in multi‑disciplinary construction, including CSA, piping, mechanical, E&I, HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, automation.
• Deep experience working in EPC and EPCM delivery models, managing large contractor workforces and client interfaces.
