Project Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) - Singapore - 12 Month Contract

Our client is currently seeking the skills of Project Manager to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What you'll do:

• Own integrated schedule and cost control for warehouse and logistics scopes, including milestones, progress tracking, change management, forecasting, and recovery planning
• Provide client‑side oversight of construction and site activities, coordinating warehouse logistics, equipment installation, inspections, utility tie‑ins, and issue resolution across multiple work fronts
• Lead stakeholder coordination and project governance, including reporting, decision‑making forums, and risk management
• Ensure readiness for commissioning, qualification, and handover of warehouse systems through effective system turnover, documentation control, and transition planning to operations and CQV team

What you'll need:

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex capital projects within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to facility or construction delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment across parallel workstreams.
• Solid experience in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and change control, with the ability to assess impacts and drive mitigation actions in complex project environments.
