My background stems from four years of experience in healthcare and life sciences recruitment, built alongside completing a degree apprenticeship in Business Management. During that time, I worked with 50+ organisations across the sector, supporting the growth and development of teams while gaining a strong understanding of hiring needs, team culture, and what makes the right long‑term fit.
I’m now an Account Consultant at QCS Staffing, where I focus on MSP accounts within the life science sector. In this role, I support clients in growing and sustaining effective contracting teams, while making sure candidates feel supported and valued throughout the recruitment process.
Outside of work, I enjoy long walks and hikes with family and friends, bouldering, and ice skating, anything that keeps me active.
