Validation Engineer

Validation Engineer - Life Sciences - Cork 

Our client is a leading multinational medical technology company based near Cork, specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative healthcare devices and surgical products. What you'll do:

• Lead and support the installation, qualification, and validation of manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Own machine qualifications from document drafting through to Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) / Process Validation.
• Prepare, review, and complete all required validation documentation, protocols, reports, and traceability matrices in line with regulatory and quality standards.
• Support process development, optimisation, and cost reduction activities within manufacturing.

What you'll need: 

• Level 8 Honours Degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, or similar).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to equipment installation, qualification, or validation activities.
