Associate Project Manager - Rochester, NY - 12 Month Contract

The USA is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting assignment has arisen to support a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project near Rochester, on an initial 12 month contract. 

What you'll do:

• The Project Manager will be working on three parking garage projects, but the work portfolio may change
• Associate Project Manager (APM) provides both task-based assignments and, under supervision, support limited project level management for capital projects and initiatives, from conceptualization through design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out
• Performs project management for engineering, design, construction, renovation and facilities related projects.
• • Monitors design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with corporate standards and contractual agreements that is compliant to schedule and budget requirements

What you'll need:

• Ground-up building experience, specifically during construction, is a requirement.
• Preference for Pharma/Biotech experience, but it is not a requirement.  Pharma/Biotech experience would be helpful for potential future projects
