Turnover Engineer - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Turnover Engineer to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with checks and inspections to confirm buildings and systems are ready for handover.
• Support final reviews for Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and HVAC systems.
• Take part in walkdowns to identify any outstanding work.
• Record punch list (snag list) items and update the Turnover Manager on progress.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience within Turnover on a construction project
• Understanding of good documentation practices (GDP)
• Ability to communicate with various reporting levels in English
• Proactive with a can do attitude
