Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as the Area Lead for assigned Facility & Infrastructure scopes, providing client‑side governance and oversight to ensure EPCM delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Support the Project Manager in planning and delivering work packages, maintaining accountability for cost and schedule control, tracking progress, managing risks and changes, and ensuring all stage‑gate and reporting requirements are met, including preparation of regular status updates and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage interfaces between EPCM, suppliers, contractors, SMEs, procurement, and end users, facilitating effective communication, decision‑making, and alignment across multiple work fronts, including furniture, IT, AV, kitchen vendors, and workplace operations stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
- Degree‑qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a closely related technical discipline; post‑graduate engineering qualification preferred.
- Proven experience coordinating and leading work packages within office fit‑out, kitchen installations, IT infrastructure, or comparable project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) legislation, with demonstrated application to site works, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedule and budget at work‑package level, including progress tracking, variation control, and support to planning and execution strategies
