Digital Core Deployment Lead - Life Sciences - New York 

The USA is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the World. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a global pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in New York.

What you'll do: 

• Own the end-to-end Digital Core deployment for your assigned process area, from template acceptance through commissioning and go-live.
• Maintain and manage the site-level Integrated Master Schedule, aligned to the CapEx project timeline and the global template readiness roadmap.
• Drive go-live readiness reviews and support the formal Go/No-Go decision process at each major deployment gate.
• Manage site readiness across infrastructure, configuration, master data, and integration testing — covering both IT systems (ERP, MES, LIMS, EAMS) and OT/shop floor systems (DeltaV, Plant Bus - Ignition).
  
  

What you'll need: 

• Extensive experience leading digital system deployments in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments, with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-system implementations involving ERP, MES, LIMS, and/or EAM platforms in a GMP context — from planning through go-live.
• Strong IT/digital background with genuine working knowledge of OT and shop floor systems — you do not need to be a DeltaV engineer, but you need to speak the language and know where the integration risks live.
• Experienced program manager: you can build and own a project plan, run a governance cadence, and hold global teams accountable to committed milestones without having direct line authority over them.
