Our client is currently seeking the skills of a Project Manager to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What you'll do:

• Act as the central coordination point for the Drug-Linker manufacturing facility, integrating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities, and managing interfaces between facilities, utilities, process systems, and support infrastructure.
• Own integrated schedule and cost control, including milestone definition, progress tracking, change management, forecasting, and recovery planning to ensure delivery against agreed programme and budget objectives.
• Provide client-side oversight of construction and site activities, ensuring contractor compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements, coordinating logistics, inspections, utility tie-ins, and resolving field issues across multiple work fronts.
• Lead stakeholder coordination and project governance, including reporting, decision-making forums, and risk management, while ensuring readiness for commissioning, qualification, and handover through effective system turnover, documentation control, and transition planning.

What you'll need:

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex capital projects within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to facility or construction delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment across parallel workstreams.
• Solid experience in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and change control, with the ability to assess impacts and drive mitigation actions in complex project environments.
