Planner (Quality Control) - US, Texas - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Planner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate with customers to negotiate, prioritize and schedule routine and non-routine work in QC to achieve business objectives
• Informal leader for cross-functional teams that are formed to improve productivity and core business activities, supporting QC operational readiness, scheduling, and delivery of routine and non-routine laboratory work
• Oversee, track, and manage multiple project and operational timelines supporting QC operational readiness, Analytical Modernization, continuous improvement and CMC Technical Agenda projects within QC
• Provide routine status updates, risk visibility and metric reporting to QC Management, site Lead Team and CMC Teams

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated group facilitation and project management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills including effective presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to solve complex problems with use of software tracking tools
