Planner (Quality Control) - US, Texas - 12 Month ContractBe part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.
We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Planner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with customers to negotiate, prioritize and schedule routine and non-routine work in QC to achieve business objectives
- Informal leader for cross-functional teams that are formed to improve productivity and core business activities, supporting QC operational readiness, scheduling, and delivery of routine and non-routine laboratory work
- Oversee, track, and manage multiple project and operational timelines supporting QC operational readiness, Analytical Modernization, continuous improvement and CMC Technical Agenda projects within QC
- Provide routine status updates, risk visibility and metric reporting to QC Management, site Lead Team and CMC Teams
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated group facilitation and project management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills including effective presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to solve complex problems with use of software tracking tools
