Our client, one of the largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Superintendent to support their large scale project based in Texas, US. 

What you'll do:

• Supervise HVAC systems, piping, and fire suppression installations
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and delays
• Monitor system performance and installation quality
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience in MEP construction
• Expertise in HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
