As they continue to grow, they’re hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team based near Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the data centre sector to advance their career within a globally recognised environment.

What you’ll do:

• Help design the resilient power infrastructure for AI data centers across EMEA.
• Focus from early concept and site development through detailed design, construction, commissioning and operational handover, plus expansions and upgrades.
• Own HV and MV design inputs.
• Produce and review design criteria, diagrams, schedules, and related documentation.
• Evaluate power capacity, redundancy and distribution strategies.

What you’ll need:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive electrical design experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, utilities or large industrial environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of HV and MV distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, earthing and utility interconnection.
• A solid understanding of UPS systems, generators, LV distribution.
• Working knowledge of relevant IEC and EN standards.
