PCO Change Lead – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a PCO Change Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Define, establish and maintain the Program Change Management framework, including processes, templates, workflows, classification criteria and governance standards.
• Ensure standardized change control is applied consistently across all projects in line with client corporate requirements and PMO expectations.
• Enforce compliance with approval governance and full traceability between change events, approvals, baseline updates, forecasts and reporting.
• Oversee the formal change control process, ensuring all changes are logged, evaluated, approved and integrated before implementation.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in change management across large, complex capital programs.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost and risk change governance.
• Experience creating or improving program-level change frameworks, standards, workflows and templates.
• Strong knowledge of integrated project controls, including interfaces with schedule, cost, risk, forecast and baseline management.
• Experience reviewing and challenging change proposals, including validation of justification, impact assessments and approval readiness.
