Equipment Package Lead  - Singapore - 24 Month Contract

Our client is currently seeking the skills of Equipment Package Lead to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What you'll do:

• Technical Package Development: Lead development of robust technical packages, including URS, P&IDs, functional specifications, and RFP documentation, ensuring alignment with GMP, OEB/OEL containment, CIP/WIP, ATEX, and HAZOP/PHA requirements.
• Vendor Selection & Management: Manage end-to-end RFP and vendor selection process, including bid evaluations, technical assessments, and scope negotiations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Equipment Package Ownership: Act as the technical owner for assigned equipment packages (e.g., RTO, scrubbers, solvent and chemical systems), overseeing design, fabrication, FAT, installation, and integration with facility construction.
• FAT, Commissioning & CQV Execution: Drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, and qualification readiness, ensuring compliance with safety (PSSR), quality (ITPs), and GMP standards, while supporting IQ/OQ and ensuring smooth project handover.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, with direct ownership of equipment packages.
• Proven track record in managing the full equipment lifecycle, including design, procurement, FAT, installation, and commissioning within GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong technical expertise in process equipment systems, including regenerative thermal oxidizers, acid and base scrubbers, solvent storage and distribution systems, and chemical loading/unloading pumps, along with associated utilities.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, technical specification development, and execution of FAT/SAT protocols.
