Cost Control Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Cost Control Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Own and maintain the overall project cost baseline and approved budget.
• Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Code of Accounts (COA).
• Lead cost forecasting (EAC / ETC), trend analysis, and variance reporting.
• Oversee change management process (PCR / PCN governance).
• Review and validate contractor invoices, man-hours, and commitments.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive Project Controls / Cost Control experience.
• Large-scale CAPEX project exposure ($500M ; $1B preferred).
• Strong background in EPC or EPCM environments.
• Experience developing WBS and COA structures.
• Proven change management leadership experience.
