Construction Piping & BIM Engineer - US, North Carolina - Long Term Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Construction Piping & BIM Engineer to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee implementation and coordination of the 3D Model by the A/E Firm(s).
  • Confirm use of compatible SW packages to support project collaboration between multiple design parties.
  • Review and comment on A/E firm(s) approach to the BIM execution Plan.
  • Review 3D Model and BIM deliverables of A/E Firm(s).
  • Collaborate with engineering company’s engineering and BIM functions to oversee and guide their approach.
What you'll need:
  • Extensive experience in major capital project within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of being a Piping SME or BIM Lead
  • Experience of performing walkdowns and P&IDs
  • Background experience in BIM
