CIP C&Q Lead - US, North Carolina - Contract

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) lead for CIP systems (responsibilities described below).
• Develop and optimize CIP cleaning cycles to meet operational and quality standards.
• Supervise the safe introduction and handling of acid and caustic solutions during cleaning cycle development.
• Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Quality Risk Assessment for Equipment and Automated Systems (QRAES).
• Take custody of the system post-construction and maintain ownership through C&Q completion.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience advising on CIP C&Q programs for large-scale construction projects, with experience on projects ranging from $300M to $1B.
• Background in greenfield construction, ideally with drug substance biologics or similar industries (non-Biologics / Pharma experience will NOT be considered).
• Strong knowledge of CIP documentation and process design.
• Experience with development, execution, and reporting for C&Q activities.
