IT Program Manager - US, Seattle - 6 Month Contract

Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for an IT Program Manager to join their capital project in Seattle. This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for an IT Program Manager to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe. As the IT Program Manager you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately 14,900m2.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects (planning, execution, reporting, handover)
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, status reporting and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT infrastructure, IT end user services, IT computer system validation, scientific, manufacturing, quality, external vendors
• Support IT projects in both research and GxP‑regulated environments (e.g., GMP manufacturing, labs, quality systems)

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in IT project or program management
• Experience delivering infrastructure, enterprise application, or software projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope
