Upstream C&Q Lead - US, North Carolina - Long Term Contract

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) lead for Upstream systems (responsibilities described below).
  • Develop and optimize Upstream systems to meet operational and quality standards.
  • Create Commissioning Test Plans that translate design intent into testable steps.
  • Coordinate with the Automation Team to incorporate all automation functional testing.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure system requirements are accurately reflected in test plans.
  • Develop Installation, Operational, and Qualification (IOQ) protocols.
What you’ll need:
  • Extensive experience advising on Upstream C&Q programs for largescale construction projects, with experience on projects ranging from $300M to $1B.
  • Background in greenfield construction, ideally with drug substance biologics or similar industries (non-Biologics / Pharma experience will NOT be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of Upstream equipment C&Q documentation and process design.
  • Experience with development, execution, and reporting for C&Q activities for Upstream equipment
