We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Alarm Rationalization and Configuration Technical Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll deliver:
- Specialist technical role at the centre of implementing alarm management across a brand-new manufacturing facility.
- Hands-on opportunity to influence how alarms are rationalised, configured, displayed, tested and used by Operations across both DeltaV and Rockwell environments.
- Varied technical scope spanning PCS configuration, PI Historian/AF/Vision, WIN-911 notifications, alarm-performance analysis and validation.
What you’ll need:
- Direct, hands-on alarm-rationalisation and alarm-configuration experience across automated process-control systems.
- Proven experience with both DeltaV and Rockwell alarm environments—this is an explicit RFQ requirement.
- Strong working knowledge of ISA-18.2 and/or IEC 62682, including priorities, limits, delays, deadbands, conditions, HMI presentation, alarm help, shelving and suppression.
- Experience translating tag-level workshop decisions into traceable configuration, supported by PI Historian/PI AF/PI Vision, WIN-911 and regulated testing/validation experience.
