Validation Engineer

Validation Engineer - Ireland, Cork - 12 Month Contract

Our client is a leading multinational medical technology company based near Cork, specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative healthcare devices and surgical products. What you'll do:

• Lead and support validation activities for packaging equipment.
• Develop and execute validation documentation including: User Requirement Specifications (URS), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ)
• Write, review, and execute validation test protocols and scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Ensure all validation activities comply with GMP and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need: 

• Extensive experience in a Validation or Project Engineering role within a regulated environment (medical devices preferred).
• Strong experience with packaging equipment validation.
• Proven track record in generating and executing URS, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing test scripts.
