BIM / VDC Engineer - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a BIM / VDC Engineer to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models (LOD 300–500) across multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead model coordination and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
• Support VDC activities including 4D sequencing, construction visualization, and digital project delivery.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure model accuracy, compliance, and adherence to BIM standards and BEPs.
• Produce coordinated construction documentation and facilitate stakeholder coordination meetings.

What you’ll need:

• Proven BIM/VDC experience within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or other regulated environments.
• Experience working with GCs, EPCM firms, or design-build contractors on complex MEP-heavy projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360/ACC, 4D/5D tools, and BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is preferred.
