We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Building System Owner to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll deliver:
- Acting as the single point of contact for MEP system-related queries on construction status, installation, readiness, and coordination.
- Monitoring MEP system status and coordinating resolution of construction and installation issues impacting readiness.
- Escalating quality non-conformances to the Construction Quality Lead (CQL).
- Identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and changes impacting MEP system readiness, quality, or schedule.
- Providing forward planning and ensuring cross-functional alignment of construction, turnover, and readiness activities for MEP systems.
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong background in BMS/QBMS systems, including design, control wiring, field instrumentation, and terminations.
- Working knowledge of Johnson Controls (QBMS/BMS) platforms, including termination, checks, and controls/automation integration.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cable pull activities (power, control, and instrumentation cabling) on industrial or pharmaceutical construction projects.
