Reliability Technician – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Reliability Technician to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Complete baseline FMEAs for facility, utility and manufacturing systems using drawings, OEM manuals, asset lists and vendor documentation.
• Use an approved AI-assisted tool to generate initial FMEA content, then validate and refine the output for technical accuracy.
• Identify credible failure modes, causes, effects and consequences for industrial equipment and systems.
• Develop practical preventive, predictive, condition-based and run-to-failure maintenance recommendations.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in a manufacturing, chemical-processing, utilities or comparable industrial plant environment.
• Direct experience completing or contributing to equipment FMEAs, maintenance strategies, equipment-criticality assessments or reliability analyses.
• Demonstrated experience reading P&IDs, equipment drawings, electrical diagrams or other engineering documentation to identify equipment and understand system relationships.
• Practical experience working with or analysing pumps, electric motors and variable-frequency drives, including an understanding of common failure modes.
