System Turnover Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a System Turnover Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the system turnover process across the project.
  • Supervise and support Systems Turnover Coordinators and Construction System Owners (CSO), providing guidance on turnover procedures, documentation requirements, and system readiness activities.
  • Support early establishment and reviews of turnover packages.
  • Systematically walk down systems and areas to identify work needed to achieve Mechanical Completion (MC) and Substantial Completion (SC), documenting system ownership and responsibility via the MC form.
  • Establish system turnover priorities and sequencing in alignment with construction completion and C&Q schedules.
What you’ll need:
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Significant experience in system turnover, commissioning, qualification, construction, or project delivery within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements, quality documentation practices, and system turnover processes.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross-functional project activities.
