HVAC/Refrigeration Technician

HVAC/Refrigeration Technician - US, North Carolina - 12 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

What you'll do:

• Performs routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance of the site’s heating, ventilation, aircondition and refrigeration systems and equipment with limited supervision
• Reports complex HVAC issues to senior technicians, management, or plant engineering
• Oversees the installation of equipment, as required
• Leads small projects related to HVAC systems and cold rooms
• Provides recommendations to management to develop HVAC maintenance schedules

What you'll need:

• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, applied engineering or another relevant field
• HVAC Certification
• Refrigeration Controls Certificate
• Prior experience with industrial HVAC systems
• Prior experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
