Turnover Manager - Ohio, USA - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Turnover Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the SM1 Turnover Plan aligned to project milestones and CQV readiness strategy.
• Define system and subsystem boundaries, turnover sequencing, and mechanical completion release strategy in collaboration with Construction and CQV leadership.
• Lead structured system walkdowns across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, process, utilities, and architectural systems.
• Oversee preparation and compilation of Turnover Dossiers for each allocated system.

What you’ll need:

• Requires extensive experience on large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects ($250M ), ideally multi-billion-dollar programs.
• Proven experience leading construction turnover, system completion, or mechanical completion on GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Strong small molecule API or drug substance facility experience preferred.
• Experience working within an EPCM delivery model.
