I am responsible for establishing and managing client relationships, partnering with organizations across North America to help them achieve their recruitment goals throughout the lifecycle of their capital projects.

I have been in recruitment since 2017, and I pride myself in having advanced specialist skills and professional knowledge of the life science industry that I utilize to support the clients and candidates I work with.

Project Controls Director

Project Controls Director - US, Illinois - 24 Month Contract This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Controls Director to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Iowa, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn. Responsibilities: Establish mechanism to track project costs with spend/commitment monthly reports, change/risk management, monthly cashflow forecasts, project savings compared to budget estimates, and internal transfers of costs.Confirm the final overall budget for the project by working with the Project Management Team for detailed cost analysis.Develop and implement the project schedule using Primavera P6, including WBS development, logic ties, and resource-loaded schedules aligned with project deliverables.Coordinate with stakeholders to define baseline schedules and project milestones.Align cost control and schedule structures (CBS/WBS) for seamless integrationManage the overall project budget and ensure compliance with processes.Follow industry best practices for cost controls and scheduling.Utilize the existing Corporate Engineering template (Excel Spreadsheet) or create alternate reporting tools to maintain a project forecast (commitments, actual cash flow and forecast); interface with vendors and site personnel to understand invoicing schedules and schedule impacts.Develop understanding of Standard Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and integrate with schedule structures; manage and monitor custom CBS within the Excel Spreadsheet. Skills and Experience: Requires extensive working experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Controls professional on very large construction programs.Experience setting and leading project controls teams.Strong background in project scheduling and planning using Primavera P6.Significant experience and strong problem-solving skills in project & program management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interface with internal and external project stakeholders and suppliers.Knowledge of industry best practices for project controls, cost control, and scheduling.Experience with capital delivery processes including procurement, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis.In-depth working knowledge of MS Excel for cost and cash flow management.Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.Analytical mindset for process improvement and planning accuracy. Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month ContractThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Electrical Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn. What you'll do: Provide field leadership and oversight for all electrical construction activities, including medium and low voltage distribution, MCCs, panels, lighting, grounding, and fire alarm systems.Ensure installation meets project design, electrical codes, and Owner technical standards.Coordinate with EPCM, trade contractors, and automation teams to manage interfaces between power, control, and instrumentation systems.Track progress and verify completion against schedule, budget, and quality metrics.Review and close RFIs, NCRs, and design clarifications related to electrical scope.Participate in field walkdowns, energization readiness reviews, and commissioning turnover.Ensure all electrical documentation (test packs, redlines, inspection records) is complete and accurate for turnover.
