Site Supervisor - North West London - 6 Months Initial Contract

They’re now hiring a Site Supervisor to join their project in North West London.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements, project specifications, and regulations.
• Supervise demolition of the existing hotel structure safely and efficiently.
• Oversee initial phases of construction of the new data centre, ensuring quality and design compliance.
• Manage materials: track deliveries, storage, and quality checks.

Skills and Experience:

• Data Centre experience is preferred
• Experience of working on demolition projects – demolishing a hotel and building a data centre on the site
• NEC contract experience
• Supervise demolition of the existing hotel structure safely and efficiently.
