BIM Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a BIM Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead BIM and VDC coordination activities across a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project, ensuring accurate model integration between contractors, designers, and project teams.
• Conduct regular field verification walks across active construction areas to validate installed systems, construction progress, and field conditions against BIM models and project schedules.
• Utilize wearable camera technology and digital field capture tools to document construction progress, installation status, and site conditions for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital reporting tools to provide stakeholders with accurate progress measurement, installation percentages, issue tracking, and construction analytics.

What you’ll need:

• Extesive BIM/VDC experience supporting large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience supporting active construction-phase BIM delivery rather than purely design-focused BIM activities.
• Experience working within EPCM, contractor, or owner-side project environments with multiple subcontractor interfaces.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation workflows, and model-based progress verification.
