We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Craft Planning & Mobilization Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:
- Lead craft workforce planning and mobilization activities across the project
- Interface directly with contractors, unions, and site leadership regarding labor availability and workforce forecasts
- Assess craft labor shortages, attrition trends, and workforce constraints impacting project execution
- Evaluate manpower loading assumptions against project schedules and field realities
- Support development of alternative execution strategies including shift work, night work, and weekend planning
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience supporting: Craft Workforce Planning, Labor Forecasting, Construction Mobilization, Field Execution Planning, Workforce Coordination, Construction Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related discipline preferred
- Significant field construction leadership, union labor management, or craft workforce planning experience may be considered in place of a degree
- Backgrounds originating from field supervision, general foremanship, superintendent roles, union leadership, or construction operations strongly valued
