I am a Business Development Lead at QCS Staffing, specialising in contract recruitment for data centre professionals across the globe. I have a focus on building and managing client relationships and partnering with organisations predominantly across Europe and the US.

My goal is to unite the best talent with data centre projects from supporting the design, project management and construction of the facilities to ongoing management and performance of data centres. I started my recruitment career in 2018 recruiting for credit management professionals, I decided to take a leap and join QCS Staffing to explore the wider world of recruitment and to have the opportunity to work with clients all over the globe. 

QCS Staffing is a fantastic and dynamic business which I love being part of! In my spare time, I am a very sociable person who will be out the house as much as possible! I enjoy skiing and snowboarding and have skied frequently since the age of 4! I also love road biking, cooking and travelling all over the world.

What you'll do: Management of commissioning Levels 1 to 3 (On site testing, vendor attendance, load banks arrangement/plan, etc.)Review associated L2/L3 document requirements to ensure compliance. Strong attention to detail and understanding of Cx and construction doc requirements of a Data CentreEnsure testing is carried out as per employers’ requirements. Site walks etc. Assist the commissioning agent in management of commissioning Levels 4 & 5. Execution of the testing is carried out by the GC.Management of CxDE – Commissioning Digital Environment – Platform to track and monitor tagging activities, create checklists and other commissioning items.Responsible for ensuring all tests are carried out in time and in line with the approved procedures.
