Quality Control Engineer – US, Idaho – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

As one of largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, they are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to support their large scale project based in Idaho. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits across construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and verify quality documentation, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, test records, and turnover packages prior to client handover.
• Identify, track, and resolve non-conformances, working closely with construction, commissioning, and subcontractor teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support field quality assurance activities by monitoring workmanship, coordinating inspections, and maintaining accurate quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required:

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Construction Quality, or Inspection roles within semiconductor, data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and construction standards for mechanical, electrical, and/or civil disciplines.
• Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and quality documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced site environment and support successful project delivery.
