Project Engineer (Offsite Manufacturing) – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

As one of largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, they are seeking a Project Engineer to support their large scale project based in Texas. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Coordinate the delivery of prefabricated and modular construction packages, ensuring off-site manufacturing activities align with project schedules, quality standards, and site requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between manufacturing facilities, vendors, construction teams, and project stakeholders to drive timely production and deployment of critical infrastructure components.
• Monitor fabrication progress, conduct factory inspections, and support quality, logistics, and installation readiness reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage technical documentation, procurement tracking, risk mitigation, and progress reporting to ensure successful integration of off-site manufactured systems into live project environments.

Experience required:

• Experience as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Construction Engineer, or similar role supporting data centre, industrial, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of off-site manufacturing, modular construction, prefabrication, supply chain coordination, and construction delivery processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, fabrication packages, and project schedules while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment and support successful project execution.
