Commissioning Manager – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

As one of largest and most established general contractors in the Pacific Northwest, they are seeking a Commissioning Manager to support their large scale project based in Texas. 

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of commissioning activities for mission-critical facility systems, ensuring safe and successful project delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors to oversee system testing, issue resolution, and schedule adherence.
• Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, test scripts, and turnover documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and technical leadership to project stakeholders while driving successful system handover and operational readiness.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and integrated building systems, including testing and startup methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commissioning teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage commissioning schedules in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience delivering complex projects through to client handover.
