Project Scheduler - Spain, Madrid - 12 Month Contract

Looking to take your career to the next level? We’re recruiting for a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Madrid. With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Project Scheduler to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop, baseline, and maintain the fully integrated project schedule (Level 1 to Level 4) using Primavera P6
  • Define and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity coding aligned with project controls requirements
  • Integrate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams into a single consolidated schedule
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and float trends
  • Monitor schedule progress against the baseline, identify variances, and issue early warnings to the Project Controls Manager
What you’ll need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Certification in planning/scheduling or project controls (e.g., AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) 
  • Experience working in an EPCM or owner/operator environment in Spain or Southern Europe
  • Familiarity with schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Oracle Risk Analysis, Safran)
  • Experience with cost-loaded schedules and integration with cost control platforms
